Returns

Please contact me within 7 business days of receipt of your item to request a return.

Nervous about buying from a stranger online? I have been making and selling my creations for over 2 decades, most of that online. As a maker, I strive for you to have a personal and trustworthy shopping experience. If you receive your item and change your mind, please let me know within 7 days of receiving your item and I am happy to make arrangements for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, returned in the original packaging. Cost of shipping the item back is at your expense. Regular mail is fine so long as you send me a photo of the envelope before you mail it, with my address and postage showing.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on personalized engraved items with names, initials or monograms. If your item included a letter charm that is not a specific name or monogram, I am happy to accept your return.

That said, if at any time you are unhappy with your purchase, please do contact me. I create to share my talents with others. The ultimate goal is to make you, the customer, happy. If you are not, I’d like to have the opportunity to rectify that.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and processing your refund.

Refunds

If your item is faulty or received damaged, I am more than happy to extend to you a full refund or replacement. If your item did not last as long as you were anticipating, I want to hear from you so I can have the opportunity to replace the broken component.

When you deal directly with the maker, you can be assured you will receive the absolute best customer service. Rest assured that I want to treat my customers just as I would expect to be treated.

Sale items

Typically, only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

I will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, in the rare occasion your return is lost in the mail.
