handspun yarn

Handspun yarn hand dyed in my home studio near Centreville, Nova Scotia. I try to work with various fibers and fiber blends to gain experience spinning different kinds of materials. Hand-processing fleece from raw before dyeing it for spinning into yarn is a process I enjoy, but I do less of it now due to time and physical limitations. Initially, I started spinning yarn for my own personal use, but as the stash grew, I decided to sell some skeins to make room for more. Handspun yarn is an excellent addition to a larger project or to make smaller heirloom keepsakes.
