Handspun Yarn – Glo Fish

Description

This fun, vibrant handspun yarn is  2-ply made with Canadian wool roving, which is a blend of different sheep fleece from a mill in Alberta. Once spun, I hand dyed it several colors, including turquoise, vibrant chartreuse, amazon green, and gold ochre. The end product reminded me of little tropical fish that fluoresce under black light.

This wool blend is what I would consider “typical” wool. It’s warm and durable, but not as soft or as fine as Merino or BFL.
